I called, provide my number and talk to supervisor Brian, he said I don't know,may be your alarm (I don't have one), might be your friend's and he said you should know who you give your phone to. Great solutions from ADT! I interviewed 3 other companies and they all wanted to put residential systems in my business and provide service through a seperate company. Not my idea of service.
Alarm went off last week when we had a break-in. Everything worked the way the ADT guy said. Thanks.
